Regardless of tonnage / number of yards delivered there will be a flat rate charge of $100.

Note: loading of the material to be removed is required. If a loader is needed there will be an additional charge due to the equipment/personnel needed.

Note: removed items that go to State Landfills, Transfer Stations, Compost Sites & Recycling Facilities will be charged the standard fee. ​

Note: there will be a material sourcing charge of 10% added if you need us to find the material you need.

General residential household junk removal, if you don't use it, we remove it! Greenwood Solutions recycles or donates ~90% of all "unwanted items". Rest assured that the unwanted item(s) will be properly disposed of (e.g. donations, recycled, landfill as necessary).

Single Item pick-up start at $90.00 (excluding environmental surcharges).

Depending on the amount and items to be removed there may be an additional charge for loading (e.g. debris, rubble, etc…) that may require the need for additional equipment and/or personnel.
